Our datacenters are all N+1 power redundant, maximizing efficiency and minimizing any potential down time. We use only HP and Dell servers and Cisco networking technologies. Our network is protected by an array of security services, appliances and monitoring systems. We employ a number of different operating systems and platforms to provide greater flexibility in our offerings to our customers.

Our datacenters are located at carrier-neutral facilities to increase service offerings, increase reliability, decrease the end-cost to our customers and provide a stronger, more reliable platform of products and services. Strategically partnered with companies such as Telx, Verizon, Avid Solutions, Optec Communications and Megaphat Corporation, we offer some of the strongest and most competitive solutions available anywhere.

Our Staff
Our people certainly make a difference in who we are as a company. We have master systems engineers, network engineers and the support of our partners. We have more technical staff than sales staff (by about 5 to 1), which makes us truly a technology-based operation. Unlike sales-oriented corporations that count the pennies for every customer, we count the quality of service first and foremost.

Our Goal
3rd Echelon Corp is a n-Tier service provider, offering different levels of services to our customer and a reseller of partner services, such as on-site server and desktop support, network support and software integration and design. We service a major market within New York City and with our partner companies, we offer services also for n-Tier network services nationwide through partner associations. We only want to be able to ensure that the world is connected the way it should be using the most up-to-date technologies available today.

We are hoping to implement additional technologies shortly that will help reduce the necessity of specific types of requires physically-linked layers of our network, which will help increase the stability, redundancy and speed of our network. This would bring us to a high-level of services for our customers, our peers and our partners.
